The Court of Appeal upheld the reviewing judge's conclusion that circumstantial evidence, including cash, drugs, and paraphernalia found in apartments where the appellant resided, as well as drugs found in a car registered in her name, constituted sufficient evidence of knowledge and control to meet the test for committal.
The appeal was dismissed.
