1By Interim Decision, 2016 HRTO 504, the Tribunal deferred consideration of this Application pending the determination of the applicant’s claim under the Re-Amended Plan of Compromise and Arrangement.
2The Tribunal sent the applicant a letter to request an update on the Re-Amended Plan of Compromise and Arrangement. The applicant was asked to update the Tribunal by May 10, 2017, or her Application might be dismissed as abandoned. The applicant did not respond to the Tribunal’s letter and the deadline for doing so has passed.
