1The applicant sought reconsideration of my Decision, 2015 HRTO 412, dismissing his Application for failure to attend a summary hearing which took place by conference call on March 24, 2015.
2The respondent filed submissions opposing the Request and indicating that the Application was now moot as a result of the respondent granting the applicant’s request for an extension of his licensing term.
3The applicant filed a Reply confirming that the remedy he was seeking in his Application has been granted by the respondent and that he has no further issues to resolve.
4Accordingly, the Request for Reconsideration is dismissed.
ORDER
5The Request for Reconsideration is dismissed.
