1This is an Application filed on February 1, 2010, under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).
2By Interim Decision dated September 7, 2011, 2011 HRTO 1660, the Tribunal directed the applicant to deliver to the respondents and file with the Tribunal a copy of her proposed amended Application within 10 days of the decision.
3On September 9, 2011, counsel for the applicant requested an extension of time, stating that he is currently out of the country but returning to Canada for a hearing at the Tribunal (on another matter) on October 11 and 12, 2011. He states that he will be meeting with the applicant on his return to prepare the amended Application, and proposes to file it by October 14, 2011.
4One of the respondents consents to the extension, and the other opposes it.
5Having regard to the material before me, I grant the extension. The applicant is directed to comply with the directions in the Interim Decision, 2011 HRTO 1660, by October 14, 2011.
6I am not seized of this matter.
