1In a previous Interim Decision, 2011 HRTO 1151, dated June 14, 2011, the Tribunal deferred this Application at the request of the applicant. The applicant has now filed a Request to proceed under Rule 14.3.

2The respondent agrees with the Request.

3In the circumstances, the request to proceed is appropriate and is granted. Both parties have indicated an interest in mediation so the Registrar shall schedule a mediation session.
