1The parties jointly request that this matter be held in abeyance pending a review by the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care of issues covered by this Application. They propose that the Application be held in abeyance until October 1, 2012, to allow time for the Minister to review and consider recommendations and advice from the Health Professions Regulatory Advisory Council (HPRAC).
2In the circumstances, the Tribunal will hold this Application in abeyance and take no further steps until contacted by one of the parties advising the Tribunal that the Application should proceed. If the Tribunal does not receive a request to proceed with the Application within six months of October 1, 2012, this Application may be dismissed as abandoned.
