1Further to the Tribunal’s Interim Decision of January 19, 2010, 2010 HRTO 121, a conference call was held on February 18, 2010 to determine what issues remained in dispute and to determine procedures for addressing those issues. All parties were given notice. Martha Glover and the Ontario Human Rights Commission participated in the conference call through their respective counsel. No one participated on behalf of the respondents.
2Ms. Glover has agreed that the issues described in paragraphs 12(a) – (h) of the Tribunal’s decision of May 29, 2008, 2008 HRTO 32 are no longer relevant to the determination of these Complaints.
3The Registrar-Transition will schedule one day for the hearing of evidence and final submissions with respect to the remaining issues.
4The hearing will be held in London, Ontario.
5Ms. Glover is to advise the Commission of any further or outstanding production requests she may have no later than one month in advance of the date set for the hearing. The Commission is to produce items so requested or, to the extent that it resists production, file its written reasons for doing so with the Tribunal no less than two weeks in advance of the date set for the hearing.
6The parties are to advise the Registrar-Transition within ten days of the date of this Interim Decision of the dates they suggest for the hearing.
