INTERIM DECISION
Adjudicator: Ian Anderson Date: January 19, 2010 Citation: 2010 HRTO 121 Indexed as: Glover v. 571566 Ontario
1The Tribunal is in receipt of a letter dated January 15, 2010, from counsel for the Ontario Human Rights Commission and Hart Schwartz as potential respondents advising that the potential respondents and the complainant have concluded a resolution of the complainant’s Request to add the potential respondents to the complaint.
2Paragraphs 10 and 12 of the Tribunal’s Interim Decision dated May 29, 2008, 2008 HRTO 32 identified the issues then in dispute between the parties and the potential responding parties. The Registrar-Transition will schedule a conference call for the purposes of determining which of these issues have been abandoned or rendered moot in light of the resolution of Ms. Glover’s motion to add the potential respondents as parties to these complaints and to determine procedures for dealing with any remaining issues in dispute.
3On the agreement of the complainant and the potential respondents, the Tribunal issues the following Order:
Ms. Glover’s allegations against the potential respondent Hart Schwartz, personally, are withdrawn and the Request to add the potential respondents as parties to the complaints is dismissed, on consent of the parties to the Request.
Dated at Toronto, this 19th day of January, 2010.
