1This is an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”), filed on August 19, 2009, which alleges that the respondent discriminated against the applicant on the basis of ancestry, marital status, family status and disability with respect to services.

2On November 10, 2009, the Tribunal sent an Interim Decision, 2009 HRTO 1914, advising the applicant that unless the Tribunal received written submissions in response to a previous Notice of Intent to Dismiss by November 27, 2009, the Application would be considered abandoned and dismissed by the Tribunal. No submissions have been received from the applicant, and the Application is accordingly dismissed.
