1This Interim Decision deals with an Application under section 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended.
2On March 15, 2010, the Tribunal issued Interim Decision 2010 HRTO 554. Pursuant to that Interim Decision, consideration of the Application was deferred until a civil action commenced by the applicant against the respondent had been resolved. A hearing date scheduled for June 15, 2010 was cancelled.
3The applicant subsequently filed a Request for Order During Proceedings asking that the Application be re-activated. In Interim Decision 2010 HRTO 827, dated April 14, 2010, that Request was denied. The Interim Decision noted that the Request was essentially a request to reconsider the earlier Interim Decision.
4On May 13, 2010, the applicant filed another Request for Order During Proceedings, again asking that the Application be re-activated. This Request for Order During Proceedings is also essentially a request to reconsider the first Interim Decision. The only reason for the request offered by the applicant is that she had made arrangements to attend the June 15, 2010 hearing date.
5The applicant’s request that her Application be re-activated is denied.
