1By Interim Decision dated November 6, 2009, 2009 HRTO 1889, the applicant was directed to advise the Tribunal of either his intent to withdraw the Application or his intent to proceed. The Tribunal stated that if the applicant did not respond within the time required, it may decide he has abandoned the Application and dismiss it.

2The applicant has sent correspondence dated November 6, 2009 to the Tribunal. Having regard to the content of that communication which, rather than indicating any intent to proceed, consists of a diatribe against the Tribunal, the Tribunal dismisses this Application as abandoned.
