1In this Application, the applicant has provided an undertaking as required by the Tribunal.

2In email correspondence to the Tribunal dated October 16, 2009, the applicant stated, among other things:

I am not interested to pursue the application: HRTO, File # 2009-02201-I (N. Dioba Teresa and Ricardo Taddeo), because of the slander that I sustained by Ms Ena Chadha, Vice-Chair, HRTO.

3If the applicant wishes to withdraw this Application, he must file a Form 9 with the Tribunal, and deliver it to the respondents, by November 13, 2009. If it is his intent to proceed with this Application, he must advise the Tribunal of this, also by November 13, 2009.

4If the applicant does not respond within the time required, the Tribunal may decide he has abandoned the Application and dismiss it.

5A copy of the applicant’s undertaking will be sent to the respondents along with this Interim Decision.
