1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination in the area of goods, services and facilities on the ground of sex.
2By Interim Decision, 2009 HRTO 1063, the Tribunal directed the applicant to provide a mailing address for the respondents, or other information in order to confirm the respondents had received proper notice of this Application. The applicant failed to respond to the Tribunal’s direction
3On August 27, 2009, the Tribunal issued a second Interim Decision, 2009 HRTO 1321, warning the applicant that, if she did not provide the information, as directed, within 10 days of that Interim Decision, the Application would be dismissed as abandoned.
4To date, the applicant has not communicated with the Tribunal. In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed.
