1This is an Application filed under section 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c.H.19 as amended (“the Code”) alleging discrimination in the area of goods, services and facilities on the ground of sex.

2By Interim Decision, 2009 HRTO 1063, I directed the applicant to provide a mailing address for the respondents, or other information in order to confirm the respondents had received proper notice of this Application. The applicant has failed to respond to the Tribunal’s direction.

[3] In the circumstances, if the applicant does not provide the information, as directed, within 10 days of this Interim Decision, the Application will be dismissed as abandoned.
