1This Application was filed June 2, 2009 under section 53(5) of Part VI of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). This Interim Decision deals with a second Request for Order during Proceedings seeking to add parties as respondents to this proceeding.

2For the reasons set out in my previous Interim Decision 2009 HRTO 1573, the request to add Paul Murray and John Brock as respondents is denied.

3The Tribunal confirms that the original complaint filed with the Ontario Human Rights Commission indicated reprisal as a basis for the complaint and that allegation forms part of the subject matter of the Application.

4The request to add parties is denied.
