[1] This is an Application filed June 3, 2009 under section 53(5) of Part VI of the Ontario Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code").

[2] The respondents assert that the parties signed Minutes of Settlement and filed them with the Ontario Human Rights Commission (the "Commission") along with a release. The Commission did not approve the Minutes of Settlement and subsequently moved the complaint to the investigation stage.

[3] The Commission holds the only signed copy of the Minutes and Release and is unable to release them without a direction from the Tribunal.

[4] Accordingly, the Tribunal orders the Commission to provide a copy of the signed Minutes of Settlement and Release to the Tribunal and the parties, within 14 days of receipt of this Interim Decision.
