Paul Ravenhill v. Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, 2009 HRTO 1208

1The applicant filed an Application under section 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on March 25, 2009.

2The applicant has stated that he wishes to withdraw the Application. He has neither served nor filed a Request to Withdraw in Form 9, despite being directed to do so by the Tribunal. He has also not communicated with the Tribunal about his intentions with respect to the Application.

3In the circumstances, if the Tribunal does not hear anything further from the applicant by Wednesday, August 12, 2009, it will dismiss the Application as having been abandoned, pursuant to Rule 5.4.
