Appeal allowed and minor variances authorized for a six-unit residential building following a settlement.
The appellants appealed the City of Peterborough Committee of Adjustment's decision to deny minor variances required to construct a two-storey residential building with six four-bedroom units.
Prior to the hearing, the parties resolved their issues.
Based on the uncontested planning evidence of the City's planner, the Tribunal found that the requested variances satisfied the four tests under subsection 45(1) of the Planning Act and had regard for matters of provincial interest.
The appeal was allowed and the variances were authorized subject to conditions.
