Appeals allowed in part to approve settlement modifying the Victoria Park Secondary Plan.
The appellants appealed the City of London's adoption of Official Plan Amendments constituting the Victoria Park Secondary Plan.
Prior to the hearing, the parties reached a settlement.
Based on the uncontested land use planning evidence of a City Planner, the Tribunal found that the proposed modifications to the Secondary Plan were consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement, had regard to matters of Provincial interest, and conformed to The London Plan.
The Tribunal allowed the appeals in part and approved the modified Secondary Plan.
