The Discipline Committee found that the Member committed professional misconduct by breaching standards of practice, abusing the patient physically and emotionally, and engaging in disgraceful, dishonourable, and unprofessional conduct.
The Committee ordered an oral reprimand and the immediate revocation of the Member's certificate of registration.
