Appeal for minor variances to park an oversized trailer in an exterior side yard dismissed.
The appellant appealed the City of Woodstock Committee of Adjustment's decision to deny minor variances that would permit parking an oversized travel trailer in the exterior side yard of his residential property.
The City's expert planner testified that the variances did not meet the four tests under s. 45(1) of the Planning Act, as they were not desirable, not minor, and contrary to the intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law.
The Tribunal accepted the uncontested planning evidence and dismissed the appeal.
