The appellant appealed under subsection 41(12) of the Planning Act regarding a site plan application for a commercial development consisting of a gas station, convenience store, restaurants, and a 4-storey hotel in Hamilton.
The parties reached a settlement.
Based on the uncontested planning opinion evidence provided by affidavit, the Ontario Land Tribunal approved the proposed Site Plan and related drawings, subject to the agreed Conditions of Site Plan Approval.
