The Board found that the accused continues to represent a significant threat to the safety of the public due to ongoing symptoms, undeveloped insight, and a significant substance use history.

The Board ordered a continuation of the Detention Disposition with amendments to the community living clause to include culturally relevant indigenous-based supervised accommodations.
