Appeals allowed in part to approve a settlement for a 69-lot residential subdivision.
The appellant appealed the City of Ottawa's refusal of a Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision application intended to facilitate a 69-lot residential subdivision in the Village of Greely.
The parties reached a settlement prior to the hearing.
Based on uncontroverted expert planning evidence, the Tribunal found the proposed development had regard for provincial interests, was consistent with the Provincial Planning Statement, and conformed to the City's Official Plan.
The appeals were allowed in part to implement the settlement.
