The owners appealed the Town of Gananoque's refusal to grant a development permit for secondary suites with entrances on the same elevation as the primary units.
Prior to the hearing, the parties reached a settlement.
Based on the uncontroverted planning evidence of the Town's planner, the Tribunal found the proposal consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement and the Town's Official Plan.
The appeal was allowed and the development permit was approved subject to agreed conditions.
