Employees applied to terminate the Teamsters' bargaining rights in the ICI and roads sectors of the construction industry.
The Board determined that the proper responding party in the roads sector application was the Teamsters alone, not an uncertified council of trade unions.
The Board also held that the employer was properly identified as Tomlinson, Tarcon, and Beaver together, given a prior single employer declaration.
As more than fifty percent of the ballots cast were in opposition to the union, the termination applications were granted.
