The appellants brought motions to strike the factums of the B.C. Civil Liberties Association, the University of Toronto Faculty of Law — International Human Rights Clinic, and Human Rights Watch, and to revoke their status as interveners.
The Supreme Court of Canada dismissed the motions without costs.
