The Board granted a related employer declaration combining Bayritz Construction Ltd., Bayritz Masonry Ltd., and Yellow Brick Masonry, but declined to include Dakota Masonry Ltd. and Sundial Bricklayers Inc. to avoid creating jurisdictional disputes with established bargaining rights.
