The applicant, Mavrix Explore 2009 – I FT Limited Partnership, applied for exemptive relief from section 2.3(1) of National Instrument 41-101, which prohibits filing a final prospectus more than 90 days after the receipt for the preliminary prospectus.
The Director of the Ontario Securities Commission granted the requested exemption, provided the final prospectus is filed no later than June 12, 2009.
