The applicant filed a human rights application alleging age discrimination against his former employer.
More than two years after the last alleged event and shortly before the scheduled hearing, the applicant filed a Request for Order During Proceedings to add two employees as personal respondents and to amend the remedies sought.
The Tribunal dismissed the request to add the personal respondents, finding it would delay the hearing process and that there was no compelling juridical reason to add them, as they were acting in the course of their employment.
The request to amend remedies was deferred to the hearing.
