The Registrar of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario issued Notices of Proposal to suspend the liquor licence of the licensee operating as Vola.
The parties submitted an Agreed Statement of Facts and a Joint Submission on Disposition.
The licensee admitted to multiple violations of Ontario Regulation 719/90, including permitting a drunk patron, permitting marijuana use, failing to have visibly identifiable security, failing to keep the sidewalk clear, noise violations, serving liquor outside prescribed hours, and permitting outside liquor.
The Board accepted the joint submission and ordered a 28-day suspension of the liquor licence.
