O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a hearing into an Order of Immediate Suspension dated September 17, 2009 to immediately suspend the registration of Mark Alan Jeffrey, as a gaming assistant, in the class of gaming employee, file number 61715, on the basis that it is necessary in the public interest under subsection 14(1) of the Gaming Control Act, 1992 (“GCA”), a hearing was held on August 23, 2010 in the City of Windsor;
AND WHEREAS this matter was adjourned on August 23, 2010, February 23, 2011 and September 8, 2011 each for a six month period;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative advised by letter dated January 25, 2012 that the Order of Immediate Suspension had been lifted;
THEREFORE the Board confirms that the Order of Immediate Suspension is DISMISSED.
