The worker, who had an accepted claim for bilateral epicondylitis, appealed the denial of entitlement for a neck condition, chronic pain disability (fibromyalgia), and full loss of earnings benefits.

The Appeals Resolution Officer dismissed the appeal, finding that the neck condition and fibromyalgia were not related to the accepted workplace injury.

Furthermore, the worker was not entitled to full loss of earnings benefits because he stopped participating in his labour market re-entry program due to non-work-related medical reasons.
