The Appeals Resolution Officer found that the worker's experience of pain was compatible with his organic low back injury, failing to meet the incompatibility criterion for CPD under WSIB policy.

Furthermore, medical reporting did not demonstrate a deterioration of the worker's organic condition since his initial NEL examination.

The appeal was denied.
