The worker objected to a future economic loss (FEL) award based on her ability to work part-time at minimum wage (24 hours per week).
She argued that a subsequent increase in her non-economic loss (NEL) award from 28% to 36% demonstrated a worsening of her condition, rendering her totally unemployable.
The Appeals Resolution Officer found that the objective medical evidence and permanent precautions had not significantly changed to render the worker unemployable.
The objection was denied and the FEL award was confirmed.
