The worker appealed the denial of entitlement for Chronic Pain Disability (CPD) following a right wrist injury sustained at work.
The Appeals Resolution Officer found that while the worker met some criteria for CPD, she did not meet the requirements that the chronic pain was caused by the compensable injury or that it resulted in a marked life disruption impairing her earning capacity.
The worker's pain complaints extended beyond the original injury site, and evidence showed she maintained her daily activities and social life.
The appeal was dismissed.
