LAMER C.J.C. (orally):- The appeal is dismissed on the undertaking made to the Court by respondent through his counsel. Counsel will deposit with the Registrar no later than tomorrow at noon a signed undertaking in the terms before the Court. Madame Justice L'Heureux-Dubé would have agreed with Madame Justice Helper's disposition of the case in reference to the undertaking.
