Criminal law ‑‑ Legality of arrest ‑‑ Whether the Court of Appeal erred in holding that the police officers were acting within the scope of their authority when they entered the private dwelling ‑‑ Appeal as of right.
APPEAL from a judgment of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal (1986), 1986 CanLII 4621 (SK CA), 25 C.C.C. (3d) 554, allowing the Crown's appeal from the accused's acquittal on a charge of assault causing bodily harm. Appeal dismissed.
