APPEAL from a judgment of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal (1986), 1986 CanLII 4621 (SK CA), 25 C.C.C. (3d) 554, allowing the Crown's appeal from the accused's acquittal on a charge of assault causing bodily harm. Appeal dismissed.
