APPEALS from a judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec, dated May 23, 1979, dismissing appellants’ appeals from their conviction on a charge of criminal negligence in the operation of a motor vehicle. Appeals dismissed.

RITCHIE J.—We are all of the view that the Court of Appeal of Quebec did not err in finding that the trial judge properly convicted the accused of criminal negligence in the operation of a motor vehicle.

The appeals are accordingly dismissed.
