INTRODUCTION AND CONTEXT
1This is an interim decision for a matter before the Toronto Local Appeal Body (the “Tribunal”).
2The Appellant, Northern Lakes Holdings Inc., appeals a denial by the North York panel of the Committee of Adjustment for a consent to sever an existing residential lot into two residential lots for the property located at 94 Highland Hill. The proposal includes two minor variance applications, one for the retained lot and one for the new lot. These minor variances are for minimum lot area and minimum lot frontage.
3There are two parties involved in this hearing, and two expert witnesses providing testimony. In addition, there will be one participant making a participant statement on behalf of the six participants.
4The first two hearing dates for this matter were on March 18, 2026, and April 10, 2026. The hearing was not completed during these hearing dates.
5The purpose of this interim decision is to fix the next hearing date, which is scheduled for: May 27, 2026.
6Tribunal staff will issue fresh notices of hearing with respect to this continuation date, which will provide a link to the virtual hearing platform.
