1On March 4, 2025, the Committee of Adjustment refused the Variance Application for the Committee file number set out above. An Appeal was submitted on behalf of the Appellant Serguei Press. A Hearing date was scheduled for Wednesday, June 25, 2025. On April 8, 2025, the Appellant withdrew their Appeal by email from their Authorized Representative.

2The appeal having been abandoned, the appeal is dismissed. The Committee of Adjustment decision noted above is final and binding, and the file of the Toronto Local Appeal Body is closed. The Hearing scheduled for June 25, 2025, is vacated and no attendance or further submissions are required.
