1On July 9, 2024, the Committee of Adjustment refused seven variances for the Committee file number set out above. An appeal was submitted by the Appellant, J. Prokopos. A hearing date was scheduled for February 10, 2025. On February 5, 2025, the Appellant withdrew their appeal by email.

2The appeal having been abandoned, the appeal is dismissed. The Committee of Adjustment decision noted above is final and binding, and the file of the Toronto Local Appeal Body is closed. The hearing scheduled for February 10, 2025 is vacated and no attendance or further submissions are required.
