INTRODUCTION AND CONTEXT
- On October 24, 2024, the Committee of Adjustment rendered an approval decision, on condition, under the Committee file number set out above. An appeal was submitted by City of Toronto {the “Appellant”). A Hearing date was scheduled by the Toronto Local Appeal Body for March 10, 2025. On February 12, 2025, the Appellant withdrew its appeal by email.
WITHDRAWAL
- The appeal having been abandoned, the appeal is dismissed. The Committee of Adjustment decision noted above is final and binding, and the file of the Toronto Local Appeal Body is closed. The Hearing scheduled for March 10, 2025 is vacated and no attendance or further submissions are required.
