INTRODUCTION AND CONTEXT

1On September 18, 2024, the Committee of Adjustment refused the Minor Variance Application for the Committee file number set out above. An appeal was submitted by Appellant, Sabbir Ahmed Khan, who named Martin Mazierski as his authorized representative. A Hearing date was scheduled for February 12, 2025. On December 19, 2024, Mr. Mazierski withdrew the Appellant’s appeal by email.

WITHDRAWAL

2The appeal having been abandoned, the appeal is dismissed. The Committee of Adjustment decision noted above is final and binding, and the file of the Toronto Local Appeal Body is closed. The Hearing scheduled for February 12, 2025 is vacated and no attendance or further submissions are required.
