1On April 30, 2024, the Committee of Adjustment rendered its Notice of Decision for the Committee file number set out above. An appeal was submitted by the Appellant, Nikolas Balkos. A Hearing date was scheduled for August 22, 2024. On July 25, 2024, the Appellant withdrew its appeal by email.

2Having been abandoned, the appeal is dismissed. The Committee of Adjustment decision noted above is final and binding, and the file of the Toronto Local Appeal Body is closed. The Hearing scheduled for August 22, 2024 is vacated and no attendance or further submissions are required.
