INTRODUCTION AND CONTEXT
1This is an interim decision for a matter before the Toronto Local Appeal Body (the "Tribunal").
2The Appellant, 300 BLOOR STREET WEST JVCNB INC., appeals a denial by the Toronto and East York panel of the Committee of Adjustment for 4 variances for a proposed 5-storey addition to an approved development on the property located at 300 Bloor St – 478 Huron Street.
3There are five parties involved in this hearing, and three expert witnesses scheduled to provide testimony.
4The first hearing date for this matter was on March 14, 2024. The hearing was not completed during this hearing date.
5Prior to the first hearing date, I directed Tribunal staff to schedule two additional hearing dates for this matter.
6The purpose of this interim decision is to fix the next two hearing dates, which are scheduled for: March 26, 2024, and May 14, 2024.
7Tribunal staff will issue fresh notices of hearing with respect to these continuation dates, which will provide links to the virtual hearing platform. There will be no further document filings.
