1J. Kalbarczck and E. Bunn (the owners) wish to build a garden suite at the rear of their property at 315 Craven Rd. Their neighbours H. Markovic and T. Irvine oppose this development. The scheduled hearing date is April 5, 2024.
2Mr. Bunn brought a motion to defer the hearing date for four months to enable settlement negotiations to continue. Mr. Irvine agrees, and Mr. Marcovici has not indicated any position. Mr. Bunn’s request will be granted.
3The hearing date of April 5, 2024 is cancelled, and the new hearing date will be Thursday September 5, 2024. A new hearing Notice will be sent out.
