INTRODUCTION AND CONTEXT
1This matter has been adjourned a number of times over a number of years. My last decision respecting its adjournment, dated September 7, 2022, specified that the parties must agree to a date for a hearing by October31, 2022 or I must be spoken to about the matter by November 15, 2022. My decision further stipulated that, if neither of these requirements were met, the appeal would be dismissed. Neither requirement has been met therefore the matter should be dismissed immediately.
CONCLUSION
2In accordance with my decision of September 7, 2022, this appeal should be dismissed.
