INTRODUCTION AND CONTEXT
1The Toronto Local Appeal Body (the “Tribunal”) has before it in this proceeding an appeal by Jordan and Evelyn Waxman (the “Owners”) from the refusal decision of the Committee of Adjustment (the “Committee”) with respect to the Owners’ property municipally known as 34 Green Valley Road (the “Property”).
