Thoroughbred Licensee, Larry M. Cappuccitti (“Cappuccitti”), has appealed against Rulings TB 9149/2015 and 9150/2015. Quarter Horse Licensee, Renee Wilson (“Wilson”), has appealed against Ruling QH 9163/2015.

UPON READING SUBMISSIONS OF COUNSEL FOR THE PARTIES IN RESPECT OF PURSE MONIES:
The purse funds will not be paid to the Appellants but will be redistributed.
Should either of the Appellants hold the purse funds, they will return these funds to the respective racetrack for redistribution, failing which they will not be licensed by the ORC.
